Duties / Tasks to perform:
- Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s mission and goals.
- Establish KPIs for department leaders and direct all company operations, including Recruitment, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and IT, to ensure that strategic objectives are met.
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to adapt to market dynamics and new business opportunities.
- Lead, Manage and Integrate all department heads, being the tie-breaker for the Leadership Team, the glue for the organization, holding everything together.
- Audit department leaders’ monthly reports, providing feedback and setting next month objectives and goals.
- Lead strategically important special projects for the company, coordinating interdisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project execution.
- Collaborate closely with other managers and departmental leaders to make final strategic decisions that impact the company’s direction and growth.
- Work closely with other members of the executive team, including the CEO to ensure operational alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between the goals and objectives of the company ́s different departments to achieve the mission, vision, short and long-term company objectives.
- Operational Improvement and Efficiency:
- Continuously assess internal operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Hold the leadership team accountable, creating organizational clarity, communication, and consistency, driving results, forcing resolution, focus, team unity, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Filter all the CEO ́s ideas and projects to harmoniously integrate the Leadership Team, helping remove obstacles and barriers.
- Identify and address obstacles and barriers that hinder operational efficiency, implementing effective solutions to streamline processes.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational initiatives.
- Utilize software and data analysis to monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and prepare detailed performance updates and forecasts.
- Financial Management and Capital Planning:
- Provide oversight for various departments and collaborate with the CEO to secure necessary capital for growth targets.
- Develop, manage, and execute the company’s business plan, ensuring that financial objectives are met and profits are maximized while minimizing losses.
- Provide recommendations on capital investments and expenses to meet investor growth and profitability goals.
- Audit the Finance team ́s budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively to meet financial targets.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain the supply chain.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Assess operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations related to its operations.
