Duties / Tasks to perform:

  • System Integration:
    • Facilitate the integration of new systems or enhancements into existing infrastructure.
    • Ensure alignment with business objectives and technology capabilities to maximize efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Address issues and roadblocks encountered during projects.
    • Provide creative and effective solutions to business challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and project plans.
    • Keep records of project-related activities and decisions.
