Duties / Tasks to perform:
- Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile financial statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Payroll Services:
- Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule.
- Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
- Generate payroll reports and distribute pay stubs to employees.
- Financial Reporting:
- Generate financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Provide management with financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Audit Support:
- Prepare documentation and support for financial audits.
- Assist auditors in their inquiries and requests.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure the company’s financial practices are in compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- QuickBooks:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks accounting software to efficiently manage financial transactions, track expenses, and generate financial reports for accurate bookkeeping and financial analysis.
